During the final battle, the antagonist Venom falls off the construction highrise and is impaled upon a bed of poles. His impalement happens in the blink of an eye though, the most you'll see is a quick spray of black blood (or symbiote in this case). Then the body slides down and twitches just momentarily.

In the version for earlier gen consoles like ps2 there is only one use of the D-word and that's it.
