Thompson Tower - an entire city, contained in one enormous skyscraper - accidentally catches fire forcing Scott and Virgil to use untested equipment to save a family who have become trapped in the buildings basement.

The world's largest skyscraper, the 'Thompson Tower', is opened amid great fanfare and excitement. Two miles high and containing twelve hotels, it also has space for 10,000 cars. However, a fire breaking out in the basement of the building quickly turns into a major disaster - and International Rescue are called to save the people trapped in the ill-fated building.—Chapman_glen@yahoo.com
