When Grendel is inspecting the android duplicate of romana he crosses the line which allows Mary tamn to be in two places at once.
As Romana is checking the saddle on the horse during her escape from Grendel's castle, a crew member wearing a baseball cap can be seen in the far background behind her head.
When the Doctor enters the pavilion early for his meeting with Lamia, as he closes the door behind him, a crew member's hand can be seen reaching out to pull the flimsy door closed.
Just before the crew-member's hand is seen reaching out to close the pavilion door the shadow of his head and upper torso can be seen on the ground outside the open door.
