Early in the episode, a Cyberman's costume bursts a seam near the armpit. Fortunately the shirt underneath blends into the costume nicely.
While Victoria and the rocket crew are inspecting the door controls, Kaftan pretends to still be unconscious. At one point she opens her eyes and lifts her head to let the audience know she is only faking. While she still has her eyes open and head raised, Victoria points to her and everyone looks right at her. Kaftan then closes her eyes and lowers her head again, yet everyone continues on with the charade that she is still presumed unconscious.
