According to the vision Rodimus Prime saw, the Constructicons created Megatron. This is the third of three contradictory versions of the Constructicons' origin. The other two versions are seen in Heavy Metal War (1984) and The Secret of Omega Supreme (1985).
When the Constructicons activate Trypticon, they are all colored in all kinds of weird colors instead of their normal lime green and purple. The colorists must have mistaken them for a bunch of Autobots.
About 4.5 mins into the story, the Decepticons all raise their arm & say 'hail Galvatron'. From behind, Aerialbot Slingshot can be seen among the Decepticons. No way he'd be there.
