I must admit that when I watched this short film I was confused. While at times it definitely looked like a mockumentary (i.e., a film pretending to be a documentary), at other times it appeared to be like a reality show. Well, after doing some searching on the web, I was able to determine that the film was real. Now I still am not sure if PARTS of the film were made up--such as the really, really strange squealing girl who "wanted to do anything, anything to help" or the guy running like a maniac in the parking lot--they looked staged. If this girl is real--yikes.
All this leads to my biggest complaint about the film. It didn't seem to take a clear path. If it was real, this needed to be clarified and if it wasn't then it needed more laughs. I realize the film makers are young an experienced and it did show promise--I just hope on future projects their objective is more defined.
