Three bachelors who are compulsive womanizers find their lives turned upside down when a baby is left at their doorstep. The trio suspect each other of being the father.

Arush Mehra lives a fairly wealthy lifestyle in Sydney, Australia along with two room-mates, Tanmay Joglekar, and Ali Hyder. He works for a food chain, while Tanmay entertains children as 'Eddy Teddy', and Ali takes care of their apartment. All three are womanizers and usually end up sleeping with around 30 different women every year. Arush travels to Delhi to attend Arjun's wedding, and this is where he meets with Isha Sahni, who also resides in Australia, he impresses and wins her over, both get intimate, and shortly thereafter Isha catches him sleeping with Devika, and both split up. Arush returns to Sydney and forgets about this incident. Then one day they find a baby right outside their door with a note to take care of her. The trio suspect each other of being the father, then attempt to get rid of the child, but change their mind, look after her, name her Angel, adore her, and start a frantic and hilarious search for her mother. A few months later Isha shows up, takes Angel in her possession and returns home. The trio now mend their ways, and Arush attempts in vain to win back Isha, and ends up challenging her to marry someone else in 7 days. With Isha's attractive looks and wealthy background it will not be long before she finds someone to wed her, and by the look of things Arush may end up never seeing Angel ever again.—rAjOo (gunwanti@hotmail.com)

Three male friends Aarush, Ali and Tanmay are doing well in Australia. The trio have had countless women in their lives without even caring about their feelings. One morning they find an abandoned baby outside their house with a letter mentioned take care of your daughter. The trio have no option but to take care of the baby which gives them a hard time doing their daily chores with no sleep they decide to locate the child's mother and make a list of women they all dated and they eventually get beaten up. Aarush and Ali lose their jobs when they can't concentrate at work due to lack of sleep while Ali loses a lot of money in a cricket match being beaten. On the eve of Christmas night they leave the baby outside the church in heavy rain soon they realize their mistake and go to take her back a drowned baby is taken to the hospital where the doctor says she has less chances of survival. They all pray for her life and finally she is back to normal. The trio ask for forgiveness and start taking care of her as if they are her fathers and give her the name Angel. Hindi remake of 3 Men and A Baby.

Arush Mehra (Akshay Kumar) lives a fairly wealthy lifestyle in Sydney, Australia with roommates, Tanmay Joglekar (Ritesh Deshmukh), and Ali Haider (Fardeen Khan). He works for a popular dance club named "Greed", while Tanmay entertains children as 'Eddy Teddy' and Ali takes care of their apartment. All three are womanizers and usually end up sleeping with different women. One day, they find a baby girl outside their door with a note instructing them to take care of her, since she is the daughter of one of them. After arguing whom the baby belongs to, Arush eventually goes shopping for food and other supplies for the baby, for which he gets help from another mother in the baby section of the supermarket. Back home, the guys learn how to cook baby food. They make a huge mess, but finally manage to feed the baby. They name her Angel. Angel then poops and the guys have to learn how to clean her and to change her diaper. The three boys go to all the girls they dated and slept with in the last 1 year, but none of them claim that this baby is theirs. The guys realize that the women never loved them and would never want them as the father of their child, as they were all about the sex.

The boys try to take care of Angel, but she becomes a huge pain as all the 3 guys lose their jobs because of lack of sleep and them hating kids. They drop her off at a church. A huge rainstorm occurs, and the baby develops an illness after being caught in the rain. The 3 guys rush back to the church as they fear that nobody from the church might have picked up the baby, which is indeed the case. They rush her to the hospital, where the doctor tells them that the chances of Angel surviving are bleak. Ali prays for the first time in his life and the baby survives. The three men stay with the baby in the hospital as she recovers, realizing how much they love her. She recovers, and the guys become changed men.

They love her, pamper her, and grow a huge attachment towards her. They also realize that the girls they mistreated in their past were also someone's daughters and apologize to each and every one of them. Bharat Sahni is from the child services departments and comes to inspect if the 3 men are taking good care of Angel. Bharat is satisfied that the baby is well cared for and the guys know what they are doing. One day, a girl named Isha (Vidya Balan) comes to take Angel back, claiming the baby to be her daughter. The law enforcement forces Arush to hand over Angel to Isha. The boys are shocked as Arush tells them about his past.

One year ago, Arush traveled to Delhi to attend his cousin Arjun's (Chirag Vohra) wedding. There, he met Isha Sahni, who also resides in Australia. He wins her over by pretending to be super traditional, shy and celibate and they spent a night together. Shortly after, Isha caught him in a compromising situation with Devika Sharma (Muskaan Mehani), Isha's friend, who was always throwing herself at Arush. So, the couple split up. Arush returned to Sydney and forgot about the incident.

The boys find it very difficult to live without Angel. Ali says that if Isha really cared about Angel, she would not have abandoned her in the first place. They find that Isha was told by her father Bharat (Bomen Irani) that Angel had died in childbirth. Bharat gave Angel to his secretary and when Angel grew up a few months & became a nuisance, Bharat dropped Angel at Arush's doorstep. Bharat had a heart attack and faced with death he told Isha the truth, who contacted the police and came back to Arush to claim Angel back. But then Bharat recovered and then he missed Angel and went to meet her.

Arush tells Isha that Angel needs a father and nobody will marry Isha knowing that she has a daughter. Arush ends up challenging Isha to marry someone faithful within seven days who will accept Angel and if she's unsuccessful, she will have to give Angel back to him. They sign a contract to make the deal final. The boys worry that they might lose the bet since Isha is very beautiful and wealthy.

Arush makes a plan to win Isha and Angel back with the help of Ali, Tanmay and Isha's father. He puts Ali in front of Isha as a prospective husband and then makes Ali waste Isha' time by interesting her in Ali's character (Prof Parimal Tripathi) who speaks very pure Hindi, blocking access to other prospective suitors. Bharat is impressed by Parimal and Angel recognizes him as well. They manage to get through a few days of the week until one day Isha asks him about marriage the next day. After Isha says this, Ali talks to Arush and Tanmay who tells him to go to Disneyland where Ali gets Bharat attacked by kids. Ali also indicates that he can be dangerous around kids when he tries to shoot an apple off a kid's head (William Tell style) Ali is stopped from further damage by Tanmay in the 'Eddy Teddy' costume. Bharat decides that Tanmay is the right man for Isha.

Isha attends the wedding function of Tanmay's friend, where Bharat meets his friend Malhotra (Anupam Khew). Malhotra has a son named Raj (Shah Rukh Khan), for whom he is searching for a bride. Malhotra tries to call his son, but the trio stop him. Tanmay, Arush, and Ali make plans to stop Isha from marrying Raj. As Raj reaches the wedding venue, the trio take him into confidence and get him to refuse the proposed marriage with Isha.

As the contract is about to terminate, Isha finds out the truth (Angel gets sick and she calls a doctor to home. The doctor is the same guy who treated Angel before at the hospital and recognizes Tanmay) that she has been cheated by her father, Tanmay, Ali, and most of all Arush.

Isha goes with Angel to her private jet to go somewhere very far because she has lost the deal. As she is about to leave, she is stopped by some cops because Ali and Tanmay called them. As they are arguing, Arush turns up showing Isha the contract and tearing it up indicating that Isha now has every right over Angel. But before the three men leave heartbroken, Arush says that a child needs a mother the most, but it also needs a father. Just as they are about to leave, Angel says her first word "Dada" indicating she has developed an attachment to the men as well, but Isha takes her away in the airplane.

The three men are depressed as they assume that they may never see Angel again until they are surprised to see her on their doorstep. Isha finally realizes that Angel needs her father too and the film ends with their marriage taking place and Angel's photo-shoot. During the wedding, Bharat's girlfriend (Kim Sharma) crashes the wedding and Isha thinks that Arush is married, and the three men get confused and don't know who she is and she questions Bharat about their relationship and the three men howl together and take a picture with Angel.
