Transport to Oblivion

The Transformers

Continuity

In the end of the previous episode, the Autobots were about to fly back to Cybertron, after refueling and repairing their ship, believing that the Decepticons were destroyed (which was not the case). But months later, in the beginning of this episode, the Autobots seem to settle down on Earth, though they still think they destroyed the Decepticons, as Ironhide says. No explanation given for this change of plan.
When the Autobots are worrying about where Bumblebee could be, Cliffjumper is colored yellow instead of red, making him look almost like Bumblebee.
Megatron has blue eyes instead of red in one shot.
During the fight in the cave, numerous Autobots appear who hadn't been part of the team that got trapped in the cave.
When Optimus is talking to the Autobots about Bumblebee being captured, Bumblebee is standing in file with the rest.

Revealing mistakes

The glowing light effect given off by the spacebridge overlaps the tower that the spacebridge is resting on, even though it should be behind it.
The glowing energy-cage overlaps the head of Ravage, when Ravage is actually in the foreground.
When Shockwave is talking to Megatron through a computer screen, there are several animation errors: When he rears back, his outline remains in place. Then, when we are treated of a side-view of the screen, Shockwave is also seen from the side, which should be impossible, given that the screen is just a 2D image.
In the opening scene, when we see the silhouettes of Optimus Prime and Ironhide standing next to some rocks, the shadow of Ironhide keeps disappearing and reappearing.
The glowing rings on the Space Bridge's back side overlap the top portion of the cargo cart, even though it is supposed to be in front of them.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

Megatron can be heard talking in Shockwave's voice in a shot.

Plot holes

Shockwave wastes energy on firing random laser blasts into space, even though he claims that the full planet is desperately low on energy. It is not implied that he was firing at a particular target.

Character error

The read-outs on Teletraan-1's monitor contain several spelling mistakes.
