Factual errors

Detective Ryan tells SG-1 that the car that took Vala has government plates; however, after the accident, the plates are standard Colorado issue tags.
When discussing the Goa'uld, Athena, Dr. Jackson says: "Athena, Greek goddess of War..." Athena was the Greek goddess of primarily wisdom, not war. One of her minor spheres of influence was warfare, such as how wars are fought, but not war itself. The Greek god of War was, in fact, Ares. Someone like Dr. Jackson, who is so meticulous with details while talking about other Goa'uld impersonating ancient gods, would know that and not have called her the Greek goddess of War.
The police cars seen just are marked "City Police" with no city name on them. In the real world, police cars are not marked this way. They should have been marked "Cheyenne Police" or whatever city they were in.

Errors in geography

The series is set in and around Cheyenne Mountain and Colorado Springs, Colorado, but during the motorcycle chase scene, Lt. Col. Mitchell passes an exit guide sign listing the cities of Ladner and Surrey along British Columbia Provincial Route 10 in Canada.
The payphone in the restaurant has Bell Canada markings.

Character error

When Carter tells Mitchell that she found it funny he's always losing his pants, he replies that it's only happened twice. Before when it happened, it was to his alternate self on The Prometheus after capture, not to him.
Twice Vala refers to Sol's Diner as a deli (delicatessen). It is a diner, which is not the same thing.
