When discussing the Goa'uld, Athena, Dr. Jackson says: "Athena, Greek goddess of War..." Athena was the Greek goddess of primarily wisdom, not war. One of her minor spheres of influence was warfare, such as how wars are fought, but not war itself. The Greek god of War was, in fact, Ares. Someone like Dr. Jackson, who is so meticulous with details while talking about other Goa'uld impersonating ancient gods, would know that and not have called her the Greek goddess of War.

The payphone in the restaurant has Bell Canada markings.
When Carter tells Mitchell that she found it funny he's always losing his pants, he replies that it's only happened twice. Before when it happened, it was to his alternate self on The Prometheus after capture, not to him.
Twice Vala refers to Sol's Diner as a deli (delicatessen). It is a diner, which is not the same thing.
