At 21:50, when Ronon is being chased by the Wraith in the underground tunnel on Sateda, a red "High Voltage" sign and a yellow "No Smoking" sign can be seen on the wall. Sateda does not use English words or lettering.
When Sheppard and Teyla return to the first planet to rescue Ronon from the village, they stumble upon the village leader. Although he is supposed to be dead, you can still see him breathing.
Twice, a building in the background on Sateda can be seen with a sign which reads "INTERNATIONAL." The alphabet used on Sateda is displayed on the hospital sign and doesn't resemble any Earth alphabet at all.
During the flashbacks to eight years into Ronon's past, he repeatedly refers to the stargate as "the gate." This conflicts with the fact that when Ronon first meets the Atlantis team (Runner (2005)), he claims that he only knew of it as "the ring of the ancestors."
In a brief rush to finish dialing the gate, McKay removes the tiles off the DHD. The tiles aren't normally removable.
