At the end of the episode, the message chair breaks, then Bill is seen riding it as the end credits happens. This is because it is an unused scene/outtake as it reveals itself to be.
Mr. James complains that WNYX is the only business that he owns that was "in the red last year", meaning it lost money, yet last season when Mr. James put Dave in charge of the budget and Dave found Mr. James had been wasting a good deal of company money, like using the company helicopter to fly to his house cities away to play with his dogs, and making expensive calls, Mr. James blows it off telling Dave he has lots of money and he doesn't care.
