There is a lot of informations in this episode than usual.

It's like every sentence is important and we need to remember all of that.

Still a good episode, but definitely a re-watch one.

This series is really good at building mystery and suspense, and thus episode steps that up a lot of notches. It's great to see more insight into what this all means and how the Eva's project started and what caused the Second impact. The event-building is fantastic.

There are some half-gripes I have with he episode. I hope Misato's killing that one guy is explained because i don't get it right now. Maybe she did t to protect him from a worse death?

Also, and I've seen somewhere that the makers of this series expressed that this is accurate, it doesn't seem they understand Christian symbolism lol. Not sure the meaning of the cross is very applicable to Commander Ikari himself in the scene where he announces the Instrumentality project.

I could see second impact, Ikari family's history, Nerv's history with Ritsko's mother, Misato and Kaji's past story that I want to see while watching previous stories. But I'm "dizzy" to take lots of information. Although I watch this episode, I couldn't know what the real plan was. I expect that in next stories.
