Continuity

When Gibbs, Ziva and McGee drive up to meet LVM, they park with the passenger side door facing the curb. Next shot, the car is pulling up with the driver side door facing the curb. When they finally park, the passenger side door is against the curb again.

Factual errors

Abby says SMS messages are limited to 150 characters, the actual limit for a single SMS is 160 characters. Concatenated messages can be much longer.
At the start of the episode Gibbs says the victim couldn't have drowned because the pond was only 6 feet deep. This is inaccurate, it is entirely possible to drown in just 2 inches of water. As long as there is sufficient liquid to cover the oral and nasal openings and there is a large enough volume of liquid, it doesn't matter the depth, drowning is still very possible. This mistake has been made a number of times in the series.
There is a shot of an airplane coming in to land at night, and the navigation lights are clearly visible. However, the green light is on the port (left) side, while the red light is on the starboard (right) side. This is reversed, as red is port and green is starboard.
