Tim Matheson, Nadia Bjorlin, Angus Macfadyen, Eddie Griffin, and Nathan Phillips in Redline (2007)

Continuity

The skid marks are gone after the Ford GT leaves the Nat's Garage.
In the last race when Jason and Natasha take off from the starting line the car switch sides shortly after then switch back, which would be impossible if they are side by side.
In the race between the Enzo and the Carrera GT, just before the cars cross the finish line they switch places.
During the race between the SLR and the Diablo Roadster. The shot of the Shifter is actually a 6 speed Gear lever out of a Gallardo (Diablo is a 5 speed), when the the wheel of the Gauge cluster shown is actually from a 2004+ Murcielago with E-gear (most likely the Murcielago Roadster).
When we are first shown the scarred face of the driver who kills Nat's father, the scar is on one side of his face but at the starting line it's on the other side.

Factual errors

It would be impossible for Jason to drive continuously at 200+ mph due to the Mercedes SLR's gas consumption for more than 20 minutes. Thus making it impossible to get to Las Vegas.
After Infamous boots Mianda off his private plane, the jet is seen taking off about 50 to 100 feet behind her. In reality, a private jet that size would need to take off in at least 1,000 feet. A jet wouldn't take off in the distance shown in the movie.
At the beginning of the film when Carlo is seen waiting at the airport, he is wearing his Army Class 'A' uniform, but has a goatee. With the exception of a thin mustache, soldiers are not permitted to have facial hair. If he was discharged from the Army, he shouldn't be in uniform anyway. Even if he was discharged into the Individual Ready Reserve.
The scene where Carlos ride to his revenge mission in a Ducati 999, the engine noise that can be heard coming out is an inline 4. The 999 uses a L-Twin, which make a different noise to Carlos' sportsbike in the film. Ducatis have never used an I4 engine in their R Motorcycles, only V twins, L twins and a V4 (Desmosedici). An "inexperienced ear" might think the sound from the scene is even from an I3 (as used in Daytona 675) or V4 (Desmo, Aprilia 2009) but it is an I4.
The film describes the races between 2 or more cars as 'drag racing', which is incorrect as it is in fact a straight line acceleration contest over a fixed distance, usually 1/4 mile. No corners, no interaction between the cars. Also it may be incorrect to describe the races as 'street race' as the first held between cars is a closed road race, however unsanctioned otherwise illegally run, judging by the lack of safety amenities drivers and cars are required to have in a 200mph race such as helmet, 3 layer Nomex suit, rollcage and on-board fire extinguishers. The second gambling race is 'open road' race, similar to Nevada's Silver State Classic, which unlike the actual race, lacking in the required safety amenities.

Revealing mistakes

When Infamous' Ford GT is first introduced at Nat's Garage, its license plate is missing in the final frame of the multiple-shot sequence.
At the scene when Nathan rides his Ducati en route to Michael's mansion, the same dark red Ford Crown Victoria appears nine times.

Crew or equipment visible

As the Ferrari 456M (intending to be a Ferrari 612 Scaglietti) run beneath a trailer, causing it to graze its roof, revealing it's roll cage is amidst the sparks.

A hydraulic ramp is visible, with trailing smoke from the ramp visible underneath as the car flips over onto stationary cars.
As the Lamborghini successfully passes beneath a truck trailer, a camera car can be seen on the left frame moving in the background with the truck.
