With his hero, Artie The Strongest Man In The Universe gone, Little Pete makes it clear that he'll never forgive his father until he returns. His older brother decides to organize a search for his brother's hero with their friends with a bat signal version of Artie. Meanwhile, Mr.Wrigley realized why his youngest son hated him and will never forgive him. He made the awful choice in driving Artie out and regretted his involvement with the International Adult Conspiracy. He's had enough of John McFlemp and rallies the adults of Wellsville to drive the super villain out. Once successful, they help Big Pete and his friends to find Artie. Mr.Wrigley decides to bring him home so his youngest son forgives him for his mistake. Meanwhile Little Pete has problems of his own. Not only that he realized that he took having Artie save him for granted, but he wished he never listened to what his arch enemy, Papercut had said in the first place. Now he has an upcoming rock, paper, scissors rematch with the school bully and his arch nemesis due to his defiance to play scissors over rock. With his friends and the onlooking students watching the duel, he has to face Papercut without his hero. Once Mr.Wrigley returns with Artie, they saw how much Little Pete was able to take out his arch nemesis with his friends backing him up. Papercut is the next villain to be driven out of Wellsville. Artie feels like his job here is done and passes on his powers to his friend. He leaves Wellsville for good, this time to be a superhero to some kid needing his help. There one part of Artie that will remain behind, his signal.
