When Rose is holding Joseph for the first time, we see him awake but not blinking. In the next shot, he's asleep and in the next shot he's awake and not blinking again.
In an attempt to induce a seizure in one of the patients Izzy and George place a TV in front of her face, saying the rapid flickering is known to cause seizures. Unfortunately they use a flat panel LCD TV instead of a regular CRT TV. LCD TVs don't refresh like CRT TVs do and therefore don't flicker.
When George and Izzie make the seizure patient play the video game there is a camera angle pointing at her on a monitor. When they start to argue you can see a crew member behind the patient in the shot on the monitor.
