During the fight with the Megazord in the last 10 minutes, you can see a small child holding onto the Megazord's leg for about 2 seconds. This child played a part in the Zyuranger episode in which this episode was based on and apparently the editors missed this small shot of the kid during the editing process of the stock footage.
When the Rangers are fighting Ticklesneezer at the end you can see a crew member standing behind the Megazord. It is not clear what exactly he is doing but he does gets a face full of sparks.
The show is set in Angel Grove, a fictional city in California. However one of the buildings that Ticklesneezer captures in his bottle is the Tokyo Tower, which is a notable Japanese landmark (the show's action/monster footage is taken from Japanese sentai shows, and apparently the American crew overlooked this detail.)
The show takes place in a fictional city known as Angel Grove, that can easily be identified as a suburb of Los Angeles, CA (Los Angeles skyline appears in an earlier episode for season 1). Meanwhile here, Ticklesneezer captures two objects that are found in Japan; the iconic Tokyo Tower, and a Japanese commuter train, a far cry from things you would've found in 1990s LA.
