At the beginning of the episode House enters the hospital with a t-shirt and leather jacket. Later he is seen with white t-shirt under a white shirt and a khaki blazer. It doesn't seem its a new day because Wilson is wearing the same shirt and tie from the beginning.
However, riding a motorcycle in leathers is hot work and carrying a change of clothes, at least a fresh shirt, or keeping such at work, would be sensible.
During poker game, House supposedly has a straight flush, but on the main close up his cards are 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 of clubs (has an 8 instead of the 5 that is needed for the hand) and widely spread, though on an earlier shot of the table you can see he had the 2,4,5,6 needed again widely spread. On the shot directly after the clear shot of the correct hand (as he answers the call) it is more tightly packed but correct, on the wide overhead he only has 3 cards showing (2, 4, 6) and when he flips the hole card they are quite tightly packed again in the front on shot but well spread as it is revealed in the next shot.
At around 22 minutes in the radiation badge that Dr Wilson is wearing says "Dr Jack Wilson" when in fact his name is Dr James Wilson.
