For the first season, the sound effects in the interior of the Tenchnodrome come from the 1984 Williams pinball machine, Space Shuttle.
Vernon's voice is less theatrical than it would be in later episodes. He was voiced by Pat Fraley in the first season, and Peter Renaday in all future appearances.
