Plot

The Marshes adopt a group of Romanian Quintuplets after they are orphaned in South Park. However, soon the Romanian government demands them back. Meanwhile, Kenny develops a talent for singing.

After seeing a troupe of Romanian quintuplet acrobats perform at Cirque de Cheville, the boys decide to form a circus troupe of their own. That night, however, the five girls and their grandmother sneak out of the circus and end up at Stan's house hoping to defect to the United States. After the girls' grandmother dies (following a night of heavy romance with Stan's grandfather), the boys convince them to stay in America while the Romanian government pressures the US to send them back. Meanwhile, Kenny tries to become a singer for the circus and ends up traveling to Romania as a musical sensation.—Jean-Marc Rocher <rocher@fiberbit.net>

The boys are taken to an acrobatic circus, where one of the prime acts is a contortionist group of young quintuplets from Romania. The boys are soon amazed by how much money the circus makes off souvenirs and set out to make their own circus once they get home. The boys practice performing, while having Kenny try to do the singing for the show.

Shortly thereafter, the quintuplets and their Grandmother show up at the Marsh's front door. The family takes them in, but due to a wild sexual experience with Grandpa Marsh, the girl's Grandmother soon dies.

Stan's parents agree to allow the girls to stay with the family, while Stan, Kyle, and Cartman hope that having them stay will help their planned circus become a big success.

Meanwhile, Kenny leaves South Park to travel to Europe to develop his singing voice.

Back in South Park, the Quintuplets are becoming a tourist draw, when the Romanian government releases a video of the girl's father requesting his daughters be returned to him. When this fails, they enlist the aid of Janet Reno to get the girls back. The after results in the girls being taken away and the Marsh's house destroyed.

In the aftermath of it all, the Quintuplets chastise everyone for how they are behaving, and then decide there is only one thing left to do: go on Oprah's show, and then a book tour.

In the aftermath, Kenny's Dad is recruited by the government to request Kenny return home, before special forces storm the residence of where Kenny is staying in Romania. They find Kenny and his Mom hiding in a closet, but one of the soldiers has an itchy trigger finger, and Kenny is riddled with bullets, and dies.
