"I'm Okay, But You're Not" is a rare episode centered on Stephen Shortridge as Beau DeLabarre, who's been conning people for so long that he can't seem to get out of the habit. All of the Sweathogs read Principal Woodman's personal evaluations of themselves, and figure that Beau has been talking them down behind their backs. Hoping to get back into their good graces, Beau hits upon an idea to steal Woodman's pants to run up the flagpole, after setting off the school's fire alarm. Forced to go around wearing kilts, Woodman blames the three Sweathogs rather than the actual culprit, but when he learns that Beau read his own student file all hell breaks loose. Kotter and Barbarino are both absent again.
