Inside the temple, two Mad henchmen pass a metal door and turn around the corner. Suddenly, Brain appears out of thin air in the middle of the shot.
At one point during the temple sequence, we see that Brain has changed out of his white monkey costume and into a green sarong. But a few seconds later, we see him changing into the green sarong.
