Jake catches the pass from Van, then drops the football on the ground next to the slide. A few scenes later, though Jake and Van are still talking, in their same positions, the football is gone.
Van kneels in the grass, and when Jake knocks him onto his rear end, the knee of his pants are wet. But when he is walking into the house a few minutes later, the seat of his pants are dry, but should have been wet from sitting on the wet ground.
