Continuity

When Charles Westmoreland pulls the glass out of his stomach, the piece of glass is about an inch wide and is in his stomach horizontally. Later, when he is in his cell and lifts up his shirt and removes the towel, the cut is about 2.5 inches and is almost vertical.

Factual errors

When Franklin is stealing peroxide from the kitchen we see it in clear gallon containers, peroxide is light sensitive and if stored in those containers it would become water. It should be kept in dark plastic bottles, like the brown ones you buy in a drug store.
Governor Tancredi is mentioned in a news report as under consideration to be Vice-President Reynolds' running mate in the upcoming presidential election. They are both residents of Illinois and, while it is Constitutionally permissible for the Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates on a ticket to be from the same state, the likelihood of this happening is extremely low because the Electoral College electors for Illinois could not vote for both candidates under the Twelfth Amendment.
It would be impossible to bleach a whole overall, dark blue, with half a liter of bleach, to it becoming white as snow.

Character error

C. O. Kevin Stolte is portrayed by an actor that shares the same surname in real life, Christian Stolte. After Captain Belick goes missing, CO Stolte is seen looking at the names on the duty roster board. CO Stolte's name carries the actors initial C and not the characters initial K.
