Factual errors

Zack states that the maxillary (or upper) molars were pulled and replaced with removable dentures, however the removable partial denture he takes from the victim's mouth is a mandibular, or lower jaw, partial denture.
Hodgins says he ran the ear wax particulates through the gas chromatograph and found the pollen of Eragrostis curvula. Gas chromatography is used to identify the presence and concentration of volatilizable chemicals in a sample. It would not be used to identify a type of pollen, that would be better done by microscopy. Also, weeping lovegrass has been extensively planted for decoration and erosion control in the eastern US.
The surname for Maria and Polina should be the feminine "Semova," and not the masculine "Semov" as Russians make this distinction in family names. Their father's last name, however, would be "Semov" without the ending -a.
Booth, Brennan and Montenegro are discussing the presence of Agent Pickering whilst a facial identification system operates in the background. The system can be seen comparing face images from very different angles of view (see, for example, just after Montenegro says 'you better believe it, bucko'). In reality, facial mapping cannot work across changes in viewing angle.

Revealing mistakes

(at around 9 mins) When Booth and Brennan go to the Decker home, Booth is seen knocking on the door but no sound is heard.

Boom mic visible

(at around 59 mins) A piece of equipment (probably the pole from a boom mic) can be seen reflected in a window (top right of window). The window is behind Booth at the very end of the scene where Mr Decker is being persuaded to testify against KBC (just after Bones and Booth stop him from killing the head of KBC).

Character error

Brennan says that the television interview was her first. She had been interviewed for television (with Penny Marshall) in the previous episode, The Woman at the Airport (2006).
Agent Pickering tells Hodgins that she does not need to interview him because the State Department researched him 6 months prior when his cousin was appointed to a very high post in the government. Throughout the series, it is established that Hodgins has no living relatives left (which accounts for his vast wealth as the sole heir to the Cantilever Group).
