(at around 55 mins) While searching through a chest containing many VHS tapes, Agent Scully's left hand quickly pans over the contents, revealing it to be without a latex glove; yet, in the next shot after calling over Agent Mulder, when she puts the video into the player, her hand is clearly gloved. She wouldn't have had time between the shots to put it on.
In the 37th minute of the episode, Mulder pulls up to a house and a timestamp of 5:17pm appears on the screen. A minute later he overhears Stroman inside saying, "It's almost 7:00. I can't wait much longer."
When Mulder first sees the "cable guy" up on the utility pole from the second victim's house, the pole is on the street directly outside the living room window. However when he goes outside to catch the man, he has to run halfway down the block past several houses to get to where the pole is, by which time the man has gotten in his van and driven away.
At the 14:08 mark, the man in the hammock with the girl clearly has a beard. When shown again at the 15:32 mark, the beard is gone.
Correction: The woman was hallucinating both her bearded husband and another woman in the hammock. The man (without a beard) actually in the hammock was her next door neighbor.

When Mulder has the hotel manager open the door to Scully's room, Scully fires six shots at the door. In the following scene, Skinner claims that four shots were fired.
In the past, Mulder has consistently shown that he can tell the difference between green alien blood and regular human blood. But in this episode he suddenly states that he is red/green color-blind.
A man at the Frederick County, Maryland morgue refers to the highway patrol. Maryland doesn't have a highway patrol, it has a state police instead.
