The Man Who Could Move the World

Wonder Woman

Edit

Continuity

There is a World War II flashback in which we see the character Ishida (Yuki Shimoda) and his brother as young boys making their way through an American minefield after escaping from a Japanese internment camp. Wonder Woman comes to rescue them, but instead of wearing her World War II costume, she's wearing her Seventies costume.
Steve reports that he cannot steer the jeep and the steering wheel is locked in place. Moments later the driver is clearly moving the steering wheel as the jeep drives over land.
When they watch Dr. Wilson's last launch it is a Mercury Atlas launch but the close-up is an Apollo-Saturn launch.

Factual errors

Joe Atkinson says it is 1:00 PM in Moscow and 12 Noon in Tokyo. Tokyo is actually 6 hours ahead of Moscow.
When Ishida topples the power line there are sparks from the wires, but there would be no live wires in a deserted camp in the middle of nowhere.

Miscellaneous

Diana, Steve and Joe meet at 2:15 AM to discuss a kidnapping that took place a little over an hour previously. But when Steve and Diana meet with the guard, he states that the kidnapping took place at 3:00 AM.

Plot holes

Since Ishida needs the machine for his telekinetic power, all the professor had to do was unplug it while Ishuida was distracted. In addition, the machine impacts telekinesis which does not include any form of ESP so he cannot possibly know where objects and people are located when out of sight.

Character error

Many of the actors playing Japanese characters have features more akin to Chinese.
