Enrique Murciano: FBI MPU SA Danny Taylor

Quotes

  • Danny Taylor : She just got a six-figure record deal for her first CD. She's got tour dates set up through 2005, and she's getting 15 grand per performance.

Jack Malone : How many performances per year?

Danny Taylor : About 30, sometimes more. It's all on her website.

Jack Malone : They put how much she makes on her website?

Danny Taylor : It makes her a pretty good target, huh?

Jack Malone : We could be dealing with a stalker here. I think what we need to do is cross-reference the fans, the people who work backstage, and anybody who has access to the backstage area.

  • Danny Taylor : This girl gets 10,000 hits a week on her website. I had no idea the violin was so popular.

  • Danny Taylor : How's everything going on your end?

Martin Fitzgerald : Good. I'm setting up a meeting with a violin dealer. I tell you, these guys run a very tight network.

    Danny Taylor : Mm-hmm.

Martin Fitzgerald : Almost all of it's word of mouth. Anything good in the fan mail?

Danny Taylor : Actually, these are from this one Russian guy. Listen to this. "I have been following your career since you were a little girl. I know every move you make when you play. It would mean so much for me to meet you."

    Martin Fitzgerald : That's creepy.

Danny Taylor : Mm-hmm. Listen to this one. It's from four weeks ago. "I come to all of your concerts, but it is impossible to talk to you. I am desperate to meet you, Natasha. I will do what I can to make this happen."

Martin Fitzgerald : That's even creepier. What do we got on this guy?

Danny Taylor : His name's Ivan Breznev. He has a PO box in Brooklyn. I sent someone over there to see if I can get an address. Hopefully, I will.

  • Danny Taylor : [bumping into Jack outside Dr. Harris' office]  Not you, too.

Jack Malone : No, but thanks for asking.

  • Danny Taylor : We found her dad's old business partner. Yevgeny Putkin. No sign of Natasha, but we're still gonna bring him in.

    [handing Jack a folder]

Danny Taylor : You're gonna find this interesting.

Jack Malone : [giving the file a once-over]  Secret Service, huh?

  • Danny Taylor : Check this out. Our tech found this buried in the hard drive of Natasha's computer. It's from that guy that keeps stalking her, Ivan Breznev?

    Vivian Johnson : That's Yelena.

Danny Taylor : Mm-hmm. That has to be Natasha, right? There's Dmitry in the background. There's a message in Russian.

Jack Malone : It says "look closely."

Danny Taylor : Now, imagine him with a beard.

  • Martin Fitzgerald : All right, well, the apartment didn't tell us much. Couple of old shirts in the closet, coffee maker on the table, no plane tickets, no bus schedules, no receipts.

Danny Taylor : Isn't it so much easier when they leave the Amtrak schedule right on the coffee table, and they've gone as far as circling the getaway train in bright red ink?

  • Aleksander Denisovich : [admitting he kidnapped Natasha]  That was no life for her like that. I was only trying to save her.

Danny Taylor : Exactly how long ago did she run away from you?

Aleksander Denisovich : M-m-maybe 30 minutes. I've been everywhere in the neighborhood, and-and I don't know where she is.

Danny Taylor : What was she wearing?

Aleksander Denisovich : Um, an old blue shirt of mine and, uh, some jeans I bought for her.

Martin Fitzgerald : Does she have any money on her?

Aleksander Denisovich : She took what I made from the violion; $100,000.

Martin Fitzgerald : Oh, you got ripped off, my friend.
