After West and Gordon escape the nooses, while on the gallows platform, West's hair goes from tousled to combed before they go down the stairs.
At 30:25, West is tossed unconscious down a chute. As he slides down, his arms are stretched out above his head, but they are by his side when he lands a few seconds later.
As with many shows, this one has a tarantula. West tells Gordon to roll away and then shoots the tarantula. Tarantulas are very peaceful and bite only when provoked. There bite will cause some pain but won't do any worse unless the person bit is allergic.
After escaping death in the ice house, West is running from Brutus, who is shooting at him with a rifle. When West dives behind the water trough, Brutus shoots at West twice. Both shots appear to kick up a spout of water from the trough. Based on the angle between Brutus and the trough, there is no way the bullets coming from Brutus' gun could have hit the water without damaging the trough, nor could they have kicked up the vertical shaft of water they did.
The map showing the six interconnected crime 'capitals' shows six lines from the spot in the U.S. All the others have only five. Where does the sixth line from the U.S. go?
With 6 interconnected capitals, each should have 5 lines drawn from them. The US has 7, and Australia has 7; the others have 5. The reasons for this are doubling up at the edge of the map (the US has 2 to Russia, 2 to Australia, both directions - the same is true between South America and Australia). There is also a discrepancy between Russia and South America in that there is no direct line, but there is by extension through Africa. It was probably drawn this way to look more complicated than it is. If the extension can be counted, every capital connects to every other, some more than once.

During the fight in the Funeral Parlor, when the knives are thrown at West, the patches on the door where they pop out of can be seen.
When West and Gordon first ride into Justice, their voices are so hollow they are obviously in a sound stage.
When talking to Artie about the spider he uses the expression, "bigger than a bread box." This expression was coined by Steve Allen in 1953 on the popular quiz show What's My Line?
Artemus Gordon alludes to the story of Danny Deever, which was written by Rudyard Kipling and first published on 2 February 1890. It was inspired by the historical execution of Private Flaxman in 1887. The Wild Wild West (1965) is set before March 1877.
At the start of the episode a town band is heard playing "Ta-ra-ra Boom-de-ay". The show is set in the 1870s. This song was first performed in 1891 and later popularized by music hall artist Lottie Collins.
While on the gallows, Artemis mentions the Rudyard Kipling poem, "Danny Deever". However, that poem was written in 1890, while "The Wild Wild West" takes place during the administration of President Grant, which ended in 1877. So the poem would not have been written at the time these events take place.
