Daisy made a trip to return John-Boy's engagement ring but viewers never saw him give her one.
Daisy Garner comes back to Walton's Mountain with Melissa, her little girl. In season 6 John Boy met Melissa about 3 years old and Daisy decided to stay home and raise her daughter. Melissa is now about 7 and after 4 years the Walton children haven't changed much since Daisy and John Boy parted maybe about 1 year older.
