at the start of the show, flint is not riding his usual appaloosa horse but a solid brown one. on his way back to the wagon train from his confrontation with the colonel at the fort he is still riding the brown horse, however, for one brief moment he shown astride the appaloosa. from the next scene forward he is riding the brown horse again.
