  • Geraldine calls Alice 'Miss Lusty Lips'.
  • When David says that Hugo is 'just underneath Dale Winton' in the list of most eligible bachelors, Geraldine remarks that it's 'an interesting place to be', a reference to Winton being gay.

  • A tense moment when David threatens to write Hugo out of his will if he continues to associate with Alice, but Hugo ends up standing his ground, much to Geraldine's delight as she believes they are made for each other.
