When Veronica first determines Clarence Wiedman was the person who took the surveillance photos of her, she follows him from his house, he leaves driving a Sixth generation 2004-2008 Silver Chevy Malibu. However upon arriving at work (Kane Ind.) he is driving a Fifth generation 1997-2003 Silver Malibu.
Throughout the early scenes of this episode, Veronica's nail color inexplicably changes between shots. In the street outside the prison gates, her hands rest on the steering wheel as she cries; her nails are painted a light white or heavy clear coat. In the next scene as she drives home from the prison, her nails are unchanged, but when she stops to vomit and later when she continues driving, her nails are suddenly dark red, brown or black. When she arrives home and her hands are seen in closeup, her nails are unpainted. In subsequent scenes, although she is wearing the same costume, her nails are black.
After the funeral, when Veronica gets into her car, the front passenger door on the right (viewer's left) is closed. However, when she is inside, the door is wide open. There wouldn't have been enough time for her to open it.
At the funeral, Veronica is wearing a black coat that buttons right below the neck, but after hurrying back to her father's office, she's wearing a standard double breasted, black pea-coat. She would have had no time to change coats.
At 2:39 Clarence Wiedman drives off in Chevrolet Malibu based on the Opel Epsilon platform. At 2:48 he arrives at the parking lot in a Chevrolet Malibu based on the GM P90 platform.
At the funeral, you can see that the passenger side door of Veronica's car was removed in both the shots from the driver's side, and in the background from the distance.
When Veronica is taking a shower and jolts at the sudden loss of hot water, her waist is briefly visible, and she is clearly wearing a black swimsuit or some other garment on her lower body.
When Veronica (Kristen Bell) sees Casey (Jonathan Bennett) being shoved into the car, from behind, we see her running quite fast and quite a distance down the road when she gets out of her car. From the front, she is barely walking fast and is still at the top of the road, very close to her car.
At the end of the initial interview with Keith Mars, Mr. Gant's mouth is clearly moving, though he has finished speaking.
