This is the second of three appearances Lee Marvin makes in the series, playing each time a different character. To TV audiences in the early 1960s, he would be best known for his role as Detective Frank Ballinger in the crime drama M Squad (1957).
Given an uncredited bit part as one of the hoodlums in this show, Charlie Picerni is perhaps better known in the industry for his work as a stunt coordinator/director, as well as performing stunts and acting as stunt doubles for other actors. His work in Die Hard (1988) and the franchise that followed made him a star in the field of movie stunts. The actor who plays Lee Hobson in The Untouchables (1959) is in real life his brother.
When Lee Marvin, playing Victor Rait, tells Arnold Stegler, played by Victor Jory, after Stegler makes a plea for a deal, that he doesn't have the time, he's using a line that he repeats as assassin Charlie Strom in the movie The Killers (1964) when another character pleading for a deal is rebuffed by him.
