Near the middle of the episode, when Sam and Clover are running from the main villain's henchmen, for one shot, Sam is wearing her green pullover with the sleeves rolled up. In any of the previous and following shots, she wears them the normal way. In this episode, only Clover is supposed to have her sleeves rolled up to her elbows.
The outfits of the spies, especially Alex's, seem to change rather randomly throughout the episode.
Clover's sleeves also appear to be fully stretched in one shot, when Alex gets captured. In every other shot, she has them rolled up.
