Johnny Ringo committed suicide sometime in July, the date given here is in May. His decomposing body was found near a tree where the bullet had lodged after passing through his skull. His gun was in his hand with one empty casing under the hammer. The bullet went through his skull at an upward angle of about forty-five degrees. The date is wrong, the location is wrong, and the circumstances are wrong.
Johnny Behan was sheriff of Tombstone until November, 1882 when he lost his bid for reelection. The date on this episode is May, 1882. In addition, there was no real Clay Hollister, he was a fictional character appearing in novels by Mike Stotter. The show claims the stories came out of the pages of the Tombstone Epithet, but that is not true because even the sheriff is fictitious.
