Brooke (Shannon Elizabeth) has finally entrusted their baby daughter for a whole day to Michael. He can't keep the baby with his brothers as Kelso boys plays darts using each-other as target board. He proudly brings the 'bundle of joy' to the basement, where nobody is good at baby care.
Eric is irritated with all the interruptions since he had a "do-it" day planned with Donna. Kelso leaves the baby with Donna to get teddy bears from his house, and Eric is horny, so tries to do-it with Donna as soon as the baby falls asleep. Donna finds is disturbing that Eric would have sex in front of a baby. Eric says that as a man his on/off switch is always on. He says that Donna can either deal with it or switch to girls. Fez is just obsessed with breast milk.
First Michael worries when the baby cries in his arms, fine in everybody else's even Leo's. Donna tells Kelso not to take it personally as she didn't like Kelso when she met him the first time either. Kelso is distraught that his own baby girl hates him. Leo takes Betsy with him, as Kelso laments that a girl always needs a father in her life to keep her away from creeps like Fez.
Later he panics when the baby goes missing. When Brooke calls, Kelso lies that Betsy is sleeping, but he tells Donna that he is starting to freak out as they looked everywhere and could find Betsy. Turns out, Bob took it from Leo, who fell asleep in Bob's new hammock. After taking Betsy, Bob kicks Leo out of his house.
Bob brings her back to Kelso and this time Betsy goes quiet in Kelso's arms, restoring his confidence. When Brooke comes by to pick Betsy up, Kelso promises her to be around more.
Meanwhile Red and Hyde take their girls to a car event, but, besides refreshments, there are carnal 'fringe benefits' too literally at hand. Kitty is super mad when she finds that Hyde is spending his day with Jackie, but Red is off sharing his funnel cake with scantily clad girls standing next to the cars. Kitty remembers how when she was in labor, she sent Red away to get her some ice chips. Red returns only an hour and a half later because he found a pin ball machine on the way. Kitty makes everyone leave.
Kitty says that the bikini clad girls did not bother her as much as seeing Hyde and Jackie together. Reginal Albert Foreman / Red makes up to Kitty after he sweet talks her at home.
