The Pinciottis learn very quickly that living with Jackie is going to be difficult. Kelso swipes Jackie's panties to taunt Hyde, who has his revenge when Kelso gets a job at the hotel kitchen where Hyde works. Eric receives notice that he must return Donna's engagement ring if he can't make a payment by Friday. His visits to the jewelry store reveal that there's bad blood between Fez and Fenton, the jewelry guy.

Donna finds having Jackie as 'guest' is hell, only more invasive than an occupying army. To start with, Jackie brings over a truckload of stuff. Bob gives the girls his military issue cot from his days in the National Guard. She can't sleep without music vibrating her bed, so she puts on loud music, and wears earplugs. She puts her shoes inside Donna's shoes, as there is no other place to store them.

Then the make out sessions between Jackie and Hyde, on Donna's bed. She uses up all the hot water bathing her dolls, so Bob, Joanne and Donna have to use the shower at Red's. Joanne says that she would rather hose on in the driveway than ask Red for a favor, but she is afraid that Bob will want to act out one of his car-wash fantasies. Jackie reads Donna's diary and makes "corrective" notes on them. She also removes Donna'd Led Zeppelin poster. Donna decides to kick Jackie out, but Kitty is clear that she has no room for Jackie in her house.

Kelso hopes he'll be a tough cop in a year but needs a less sissy job than model. He says that he cannot have the future criminals looks at his half naked pics in his modeling jobs. Hyde's boss Roy engages Kelso as kitchen hand, but Steven pretends to be his boss. Hyde tells Kelso that all new hires are on probation and it's up to Hyde whether Kelso stays or goes by the end of the week. Hyde turns the trial period into a non-stop hell-week, even in the Forman basement. Kelso had been teasing Hyde with a selection of Jackie's panties that he found in her boxes, when he was moving them Donna's room. Now, Kelso has to take them down. Hyde then bans Kelso from the pot circle. Kelso has to wear a pink hairnet and a pink apron. Hyde even makes Kelso wash his laundry, clean all the toilets and hand test all the mouse traps. Roy tells Kelso that there is no probation period and Hyde is only messing with him.

Eric can't meet the payments for Donna's engagement ring, even after selling his vinyl records. Eric makes only $3 from selling his albums. That is also claimed by Red as he says that he paid the allowance that was used to purchase the albums in the first place. All opportunities to get a job and earn some money have been blocked by Red, who has spoken to almost everybody in town.

Eric has till Friday to make some payments, or the ring has to be returned. Eric takes the ring back from a heartbroken Donna. Donna got to keep the ring for all of 6 and a half weeks. Jackie was in the room, when Eric took the ring from Donna.

But at the store, he finds that it's already been paid for by Jackie for the next month. Donna and Eric are thankful to her. Donna lets Jackie to continue living in her room.

Fez is still drifting on a pink cloud called Nina, yet as horny as ever. He is found hiding underneath Donna's bed and is kicked out.
