Eric's cousin Penny, who he used to tease a lot when they were kids, comes over for a visit. All the guys think she's very hot.

Eric wasn't looking forward to a visit from his Florida cousin Penny, a terrible tell-tale when they were little, who used to be the butt of his sometimes cruel pranks. However, one look at her 'well-developed' body converts the basement-boys to horny fans. She immediately states she has a crush on 'cute' Eric, whom the others now encourage as a lucky dog. The girls jealously bag on her attempt to 'outwhore' them on their turf, but turn lobster-red with self-inflicted sunburn. A stray cat inspires Red to use the garden hose, Kitty to whine she needs a pet to be satisfied as 'nurturer'. Red gets her a goldfish, but when that dies grants her any wish but a cat. Penny seduces Eric mercilessly, even in his room, and waives his incest-restraint as she was adopted. She gets him to meet for a movie in the basement in their underwear, making sure her revenge gets an audience.—KGF Vissers

When Eric's cousin Penny comes to visit, he enjoys telling the gang about pranks he pulled on her when they were kids. But when Penny shows up, Eric is shocked (and disturbingly aroused) because she's incredibly hot. Eric becomes more confused when Penny begins hitting on him. When he confronts her, Penny tells Eric she's adopted so they're not really cousins. Because all the guys can't keep their eyes of her, Jackie and Donna try to look hotter than Penny. Eric wasn't looking forward to a visit from his Florida cousin Penny (Brittany Daniel), a terrible tell-tale when they were little (who used to tell on Eric when he ate the cookies, or touched himself, or played with fire), who used to be the butt of his sometimes-cruel pranks. He would put Ben Gay on her toothbrush, give her over the shoulder wedgies, butt face gas attacks, trapped her in the revolving door of the library and kept spinning her. She vomited that day, and yet had to keep walking through the puddle. However, one look at her 'well-developed' body converts the basement-boys to horny fans. She immediately states she has a crush on 'cute' Eric, whom the others now encourage as a lucky dog. When Penny hugs Eric, she presses her entire body against Eric. Eric tells the guys that Penny is his cousin, and he cannot have sex with her.

Jackie suggests going to the movies, but Penny wants to stay at home and moisturize herself. Soon, all the guys want to stay home and participate in the moisturizing. The girls jealously bag on her attempt to "out-hot" them on their turf. Jackie tries an artificial lamp to get a suntan, but she and Donna turn lobster-red with self-inflicted sunburn.

A stray cat inspires Red to use the garden hose, Kitty to whine she needs a pet to be satisfied as 'nurturer'. Red says that he doesn't need more things hanging around the house, as they already have Hyde, Kelso and Fez. Red says that cats always crap inside the house and hence he doesn't like them. Red gets her a goldfish, but Kitty does not consider it a pet as she cannot pet the fish. When the fish dies, Red grants her any wish but a cat. She decides to go back to work at the hospital. Red is OK with that.

Penny seduces Eric mercilessly, even in his room, as she does stretch yoga in front of him. Even Red can notice Eric staring at Penny all the time and has to remind him that Penny is his cousin. She waives his incest-restraint as she was adopted. Penny tells Eric that she has a huge crush on him. Eric tells the guys that Penny is adopted, and they all encourage him to go ahead and "do-it" with her. Hyde challenges Eric that if he doesn't do it, Hyde will. The girls find out and are obviously against the idea. Donna says that her sub burn will heal in time, but his shame of sleeping with his cousin would last forever.

Penny gets him to meet for a movie in the basement in their underwear, making sure her revenge gets an audience. The movie starts at 11 PM. Eric arrives in a robe over a t-shirt and underwear. Penny asks Eric to remove the robe. As Eric starts to get frisky Red and Kitty emerge from Hyde's room and find Eric in his underwear. Penny claims Eric was coming on to her. This was her revenge for Eric trapping her in a revolving door. Finally, the friends emerge from their hiding place and click pics of Eric running around in his underwear.
