The police discuss fingerprints on two occasions (when talking about the murder weapon and the beer glass at the bar) but the twin who committed the murder can be clearly seen to have left his fingerprints on two doors when exiting the murder scene. However, this proves nothing, as the twins both frequently visited their uncle's house, so it would be no surprise to find their fingerprints on items other than the murder weapon.
