The Stolen Bentley
Commotion in the Sykes household when a Bentley crashes into their living room.
It is bad timing as Eric has been waiting for the chairman of the local golf club to turn up to discuss his membership.
With no driver about, Eric tries to move the car even though he does not have a driving licence.
Corky is not impressed. He thinks that Eric has stolen the car or at least been receiving stolen goods.
When the driver of the car does return, Eric gets in a spat with him. The Bentley blocks the path to the front door and the chairman has arrived with Charles Brown.
A mildly amusing farcical episode. Anthony Steel plays the smooth driver of the Bentley. Charles Brown makes snide remarks to Eric but it turns out that Charles father was once a lowly chauffeur.
