License to Kill starts up with a literal bang as a mob hit turns into a double hit. Keller and Stone must work on the case as Stone's former partner comes to town. Keller is suspicious of the former cop who has motive and opportunity. Like a Miami Vice episode Stone has internally turmoil of loyalty and the badge. Stone has hard decisions to make. The hitman is right out of a Miami Vice episode of being cold, and callus. Great character development mixes into an excellent story creates for one entertaining episode. Season three is the strongest season so far. 8 stars.
