Continuity

Right after Terry Vine unknowingly finishes telling his listeners what he really thinks about them, Frank Ciano is shown leaving the engineers booth. When he does the reel to reel tape recorder mounted on the wall is not on. When the scene goes back to show Vine's reaction to Ciano leaving, the reel to reel tape recorder is now on.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Arlene Golonka is sitting in the driver's seat of an idling car that's not moving. (To idle means that the car is not moving). Shots ring out; shattering the glass on the driver's side window. She covers herself and bends over. The shot changes to the floorboard, and we see that her foot is not on the gas, then moves over to the gas and floors it, which makes no sense.

This is incorrectly regarded as a goof: Begin time-stamp at 34:00 It's all about perspective. The two shots from an apparently large caliper rifle hit the large and slanted rear window. As Arlene ducks into Vine's lap she mashes the gas pedal. This causes Vine to have to grab the steering wheel over Arlene's panicked posture in an attempt to control the car's direction.
