The Long Goodbye

Stargate: Atlantis

Edit

Continuity

The shot of the life pods in space shows three 'solar' panels along the side. These are missing when the pods are in the lab.
When the three life signs are being tracked, they are shown with two wide apart and one above, but when Tayla is next to Shepherd, the three 'dots' are still shown far apart.

Plot holes

"Dr. Weir" tells Teyla that the only reason she didn't shoot her was because she didn't know how many bullets were left in her gun. The P90 has a transparent magazine, making it simple for one to tell how many rounds are left in it. This is something Dr. Weir would know so the alien entity would know it as well.
