Sarah Douglas in Stargate SG-1 (1997)

Goofs

The Tok'ra: Part 1

Stargate SG-1

Edit

Continuity

Jacob, Sam and Hammond all handle Jacob's illness as though Sam is his only child, with discussions about whether she should be with him or not at the end. Yet Sam said in season 1's Cold Lazarus (1997) that she has a brother, so someone should have mentioned bringing him to visit his father.

Factual errors

When the doctor shocks Jacob Carter, his placement of the paddles is incorrect. One does go on the left side, but the other goes on the right side toward the shoulder, not on the lower sternum as shown. Also, some effort would have been made to shave, or at least remove some of, Jacob's chest hair to provide better contact with the paddles.

Character error

When Martouf and Capt. Carter are talking about Carter having been a host to Jolinar, Carter makes a comment about how that must be what it feels like to be schizophrenic. Schizophrenia is not the same as multiple personalities. The major symptom of schizophrenia is delusional beliefs.
