Toward the end, Teal'c and O'Neill use the Stargate's event horizon to cut off part of Major Kawalsky's head and kill him. When Kawalsky falls and the camera looks down on the scene from above, you can clearly see that the walkway leading into the gateway crosses through and is still intact, despite that it should have been cut in half. Additionally, the walkway would also prevent the Stargate's iris from deploying as shown earlier.
When Teal'c is first questioned by Colonel Kennedy, his tattoo/branding is with the opening of the arch facing upward. When confronted by Colonel Kennedy to verify his symbiote is still in his symbiotic sack, Teal'c has his tattoo/branding upside down with the opening facing downward.
During the first attack on the gate, the gate is on before the wormhole is established.
During the operation on Kawalsky there is a close-up on the clock that shows that the operation has been going on for 1 hour 19 minutes and counting, but not 30 seconds after that, the same clock on the background reads 23 minutes and counting. In the next passage, the clock appears to have stopped altogether (only the seconds are briefly visible and they are stuck to 00). Soon after that the clock is back to 23 minutes, 52 seconds and counting. Finally, the clock is back to 23 minutes, 47 seconds and counting.
US Armed Forces do not salute indoors unless formally reporting to a Commander, such as a change of duty station or unit.
The second doctor ordered an MRI; however, the machine used was a CT (CAT) scan.
O'Neill tells Teal'c the refugees from Chulak have successfully been sent home through the Stargate, and this seems to have happened pretty quickly after the mission was over. It's not clear though what this means.
Stargate Command knows few or no gate addresses at this point, and given that only Goa'uld use the gates, the refugees themselves would not know their addresses. If they did, this intelligence would be a major boon and the gate teams would start with those planets for exploration.
The best the SGC could do would be to send the people to Abydos or the planet Chulak was on, and let them rebuild their lives. Given the costuming, the people were clearly from all over the galaxy, which squares with a Goauld process of collecting a large variety of people as potential hosts.
In fact, it is noted in the pilot's trivia section that people from planets throughout the first season appear in the Goauld jail. Though Stargate Command doesn't yet know they will meet these people again soon, it stands to reason they would keep them around longer and interview them about their home planets, in order to act as a shortcut to vital information in case a team arrived on one of those planets.

Carter says that the iris is less than 3 micrometres from the event horizon but mispronounces it 'myCRAWmitrs' (as in the measuring devices) not 'mycrohMEETrs' (the unit, a millionth of a metre).
