Factual errors

It is stated that the death glider was traveling at 1 million mph. Even if Jupiter was at its closest to Earth, about 365 million miles, it would take Teal'c and Jack just over 15 days to get to Jupiter. This assumes being able to travel in a perfectly straight line to intercept Jupiter at its closest approach to Earth. At the time that Carter says the time lag would be 3 minutes, this would already have put them almost 33.5 million miles away, or 1.4 days travel at 1 million mph.
Carter states that O'Neill and Teal'c are suffering from "anoxia, oxygen deprivation". This is not entirely accurate, they are suffering from hypoxia (the medical term for oxygen deprivation). Anoxia only occurs when there is absolutely no oxygen available, and is rarely applied as a medical term. Carter is a physicist, not a medic or a physiologist, so her inaccurate terminology is understandable. However, Air Force pilots (who fly at high altitudes) are probably briefed on such things, so she should know the correct terminology.
After the failed burn and system shutdown, O'Neill places a call prior to shutting the radio down at 1952Z. He almost immediately gets a message from Daniel at 1947Z, only 5 minutes earlier. Since they have already passed Jupiter, it would take over 40 minutes to receive that signal.
After failing to slingshot around Jupiter, Carter tells O'Neill and Teal'c that they will arrive at the Oort cloud in a few months. The figure is much larger. The Oort cloud begins at a distance of 2000 AU or 0.03 LY. An AU is defined to be approx. the distance from the sun to the earth, about 93 million miles. Therefore, at a speed of 1 million mph, they would travel an AU every 93 hours. That times 2000 AU gives the total time to the cloud as 186,000 hours. 186,000 hours / 24 hours per day / 365.25 days per year gives 21.2 years.
In the beginning, Teal'c states he is to the south west. Without turning, he comes strait up runway 18. Runway numbers are assigned based on the runways' headings. Runway 18 would be on a heading of 180, which is due south.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

When Dr. Jackson broadcasts an audio signal over a loudspeaker claiming to be the Great and Powerful Oz, the ship is in the vacuum of space. Sound waves require the presence of air to be transmitted. Therefore the loudspeaker would be inaudible.

Those are radio transmissions, not a speaker broadcast.
