Continuity

At the end of the episode, after listening to the message from Apophis, the characters are speaking to one another on an overcast, rainy day, as shown by the water on their goggles and the visible breath in the cold air when some of them speak. Then the shot switches to an overhead crane shot, and suddenly they are standing in an area flooded by sunshine, with crisp shadows visible on the ground.
In the infirmary, when Jack is trying to get Kyle to eat, Jack's sandwich changes shape and size several times.
Sam gets a scratch on her face at the beginning of their time in the camp that changes size, and is healing. By the time they gate back to Earth, later on the same day, it is completely healed.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

It's never revealed how Apophis was able to replicate all this earth equipment, uniforms, weapons (including mortars), tents, etc. This is the only episode where the Goa'uld are shown to be able to do this.

Crew or equipment visible

In the scene with the tripod-mounted machine gun in the training camp, a crew member (dressed in blue jeans and a flannel shirt) can be seen next to the tent in the background.
