- The Russian SG team brings back a man who claims that his people are being experimented on by Nirrti. SG-1 investigate where the experiments are conducted, with the Russian SG team as backup. The inhabitants worship Nirrti as their god and savior from a terrible plague. SG-1 attempts to use the same device Nirrti used on the people to reverse the mutations, but the people turn on them at the arrival of Nirrti.—trekkie4christ
- Lt. Col. Sergei Evanov and his Russian SG team return from an off-world mission and break one of the SGC's cardinal rules - they've brought back Alebran, someone from the planet they visited. Alebran is in need of medical assistance but has important information for them. For some time, a Goa'uld has been treating his people with a promise that they would all be made healthy. He's recently come to learn that everyone in his village has died and now distrusts what has been done to them. Based on his account, the SGC concludes that the Goa'uld System Lord Nirrti has been experimenting with the peoples' DNA in the hope of creating a race of super-humans. SG-1 and the Russian team are dispatched, but are not received as saviors by the locals who believe they are invaders. They soon find themselves imprisoned and the subject of Nirrti's experiments.—garykmcd
- When the SGC receives a distress call from the Russian team commanded by Lt. Colonel Sergei Evanov, the iris is opened and the team brings a sick alien called Alebran in need of medical assistance. He explains that Nirrti is using his people for genetic experiments with a DNA machine and out of the blue, he liquefies. The SG-1 and the Russian team return to the planet and they realize that the survivors believe Nirrti is a goddess and worship her. Further, the inhabitants are deformed mutants and one of them has developed telekinetic ability and another one is capable of reading minds. The SG-1 and Evanov are captured and Nirrti intends to use them in her experiments. What will happen to the Earthlings?—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- General Hammond forces SG-1 to take along Lt. Colonel Sergei Evanov, whose Russian team brought to the base the decomposing-to-water humanoid Alebran, back to the planet, where the primitive race is abused for the latest eugenics experiments of System Lord Nirrti. They are, however, imprisoned by local leader Wodan, who is blindly loyal to 'goddess' Nirrti, whose genetic manipulations endow them with supernatural powers, like telekinesis and telepathy. One by one, the prisoners are brought to Nirrti for exposure to her manipulator, only 'more advanced' Jonas is offered to become her co-ruler, but refuses. An escape fails after Evanov dissolves, so by Jack's turn the last hope is convincing Wodan and his deputy, Eggar, to help by explaining how evil the uncaring Nirrti really (ab)uses them all.—KGF Vissers
