Continuity

When Emmett Bregman comes to ask Daniel to clarify what had happen in the off-world mission, the camera is seen on the table with the screen side to the camera. However, when Daniel grabs the camera in the next scene, it's seen to be on the table the other way around, screen side not facing the camera.
At the 8:08 mark, the flashlight on Col. O'Neill's weapon falls off as he's firing it. In the next scene when he's hit by the staff blast, the flashlight is suddenly back on his weapon.

Revealing mistakes

When the film crew are editing their documentary, the timecode in the corner of the computer screen doesn't change whenever they play the video
Colonels O'Neill and Davis are using a large stone for cover during the battle scene at about 7:45 into the show. Davis leans back a little too far, actually touches the huge stone and causes the entire mass to move.

Character error

When Emmett asks Walter about the 50 caliber machine gun making the operator get "shaken up", Walter replies "our guys are trained to handle that kind of torque". Torque is twisting force and that gun doesn't produce any torque, the word he should have used is "recoil".
